Eureka Solutions will supply a detailed project plan for the project. This breaks the project down into manageable tasks. Each task will have an estimated duration, and will be assigned to an appropriately skilled technician or team of technicians.

The complexity of the task will determine the skill level of the technician for each task

To give an indication of the likely costs we quote from approximately £200 /day for business analysts to £600 /day for Project managers and senior technicians with specific highly technical skills.
